Changes to Pharmacy Managed Medication  Request Service of Previous Patients Of LLANYRAVON SURGERY

As of the 4th April 2022 the pharmacies will no longer be able to order your medication on your behalf. All pharmacies have been informed and are aware of these changes. During the next 3 months we will be informing all patients affected by this change. Please see below information regarding these changes and hopefully answers many of your questions. If in the meantime you have any queries or do not understand any of this information, please do not hesitate to contact the surgery.
