DO NOT ENTER the building for anything other than the above reasons.

If you require medical assistance please ring the surgery or put your enquiry to our email at

All prescriptions will be required to be sent to a chemist and none are to be collected from the surgery unless instructed to do so.

We will not be dealing with any routine enquiries at the reception desk and you will be asked to return home and to contact us via the above options. Please do not be offended if this is asked of you.

We are asking all our patients to stay safe and not to travel or visit if it is not necessary.

Stay Safe & Thank You

We ask our patients to not attend the surgery if they are suffering from any of the symptoms and to get a test as soon as possible and self isolate. We also ask that you only attend the practice if you have an appointment or have been asked by a GP or member of staff to attend.

We want to reassure everyone that doctors are still seeing patients but to enable the practice to safely do so and adhere to the social distancing rules we can only allow a total of 8 patients in our waiting room at one time. Please use the queuing system in place and once in the surgery there is a one way system.

Prescriptions are still being processed as normal (48hrs processing time) Please do not order any earlier than your medication is due, do not stock pile or over order your medication. We ask all our patients to reduce the footfall and exposure in the surgery and order their prescriptions by:

COVID Vaccine 💉

Please be aware that unlike in England – At present Welsh GP practices are not involved in the roll out of the vaccine.

Aneurin Bevan University Health Board are working hard to individually invite people starting with the at-risk over 80s first. In the meantime you can visit Public Health Wales Website for specific questions and answers about the vaccine here:

There is no need to call the practice to ask about the vaccination, or when you will be likely to be invited. The invitation will be done automatically by the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board who are delivering the service.

All patients eligible under the current guidelines have now been identified and invited at least 2 times either by Letter or Text.

We now have authorisation from Welsh Government for us to move forward inviting our 50-64yr olds.

If you would like to receive this vaccine and you are over 50, or have previously been invited and would like to receive the vaccine, please make an appointment at one of our dedicated clinics.

This can be by;
